The Khawaja Foundation supports outstanding Muslim students and educators in their pursuit of higher and continuing education. Through scholarships that recognize both financial need and merit, especially community engagement and leadership potential, we aim to foster a more educated, empowered, and inclusive society.

Provide financial assistance to Muslim students and educators who demonstrate both financial need and academic or professional promise.
Promote diversity, inclusion, and leadership by recognizing candidates with strong community service and leadership potential.
Support continuing education for Muslim educators, including professional certifications and development opportunities.
Foster a connected and empowered Muslim community through education, leadership, and service.
Raise awareness about the importance of higher and continuing education within the Muslim community.
Establish a sustainable and transparent funding model through individual donations, recurring gifts, events, and strategic partnerships.
Eligibility Requirements
Our foundation is committed to supporting qualified candidates who meet the following eligibility criteria
Residency & Identity
Applicants must self-identify as Muslim and be legal residents of the United States.
- Required for all applicants
Educational Status
One of the following must apply:
- A high school senior or currently enrolled undergraduate student at an accredited college or university.
- A teacher or educator at an accredited Islamic school pursuing continuing education (e.g., certification, credentialing, or degree programs).
Character & Need
Must demonstrate financial need, academic or professional promise, and meaningful community engagement.

Academic Achievement
A minimum GPA of 3.0 is encouraged for student applicants (if applicable).
